Beautiful clear morning for a walk up this fine Munro. Started up from Achnasheen following burn for quite a distance. Cut across wet section towards Fionn Bheinn ridge. Nice walk then to summit. Breathtaking views of Liatach, Slioch, Beinn Eighe and the Fannachs. Spider gone and pillar top damaged however FB in place. Returned the same way other than passing over summit of Creagan na Laogh. This is a walk for a clear day as the views are excellent.

Walked from Achnasheen via Achnasheen Plantation and Sail an Sail an Bhain Tuim Bhain then along ridge. This is a much better route than climbing the hill direct from Achnasheen which is rather boggy and mundane. Managed to get views from the top before the weather closed in and turned wet.

I may have scored this higher if we had views from the summit but my memory of this hill is of a lot of bog and peat hags and this is confirmed by my munro diary which describes the only thing of interest on the hill were some mountain avens. I complain that the mist cleared from the summit after we started the descent , not being in a good mood and being eaten by midges! Usually I find somehting postive to say. No memory of the TP
