One inch bolt in block, 2m west of road sign, 1.5m from road edge. Quickly found in the dark, obvious hole in deepish grass.

Easy to find using Brisey photo and measurements. This was our first Surface Block Trigpoint. Unusual location, its in a dip, not on a hill. Not much else to say, except if you visit this area, be sure to check out nearby Portwrinkle. (Height:194ft)

I went past this spot, assuming the TP would be located at a high point of the road. After a mile or so, I realised my error. The road drainage has been improved, so the OS diagram is out of date, but the measurement from the road sign on the south side of the road is still reliable.

TP0337 The block is 2m in front of this sign.
