Up from Cowgill - thankfully not as long a trek as the Aye Gill trek done in October - and better views, really appreciate the size of the Yorkshire/Cumbria range. Icy beautiful route back via Arten Gill under pink cold skies. The joy like many of these fells is the ascent and descent - imagine it's a bit of a quagmire in patches when no ice.
