This poor pillar has had a tough time. The top is shows much damage though the spider is still there. Asphalt plug, FB in place. Some of the flint used in the concrete mix is visible. I followed the bridleway from the south along the hedgerow. The pillar is easily spotted and the views are of open Suffolk farmland. There is room to park the car near the bridleway signpost.

Walked footpath from lane north towards trig, someone has tried to remove the spider but failed. The hedge line from the lane is full of the cherries.

Right alongside footpath. Fairly decent views today, however concrete damared at top of Trig. Appears somebody has been trying to remove to metalwork.
