Located at the junction of Bempton Lane and Flamborough Lane B1229. Pulled in at the track/road for the Grange Holidays camp site. Didn't hold out much hope for finding this given it hadn't been found for a year. But as we were just about to give up Mr TJR (aka man servant) again came up with the goods!

(622) Located at the junction of Bempton Lane and Flamborough Lane B1229. Pulled in at the track/road for the Grange Holidays camp site. Grass starting to get long-ish, but easily found thanks to being still relatively uncovered. Though some minimal digging out/soil clearing was required. Made up for the disappointment of failing to find nearby TP0648.

I waded into the waist high nettles and brambles but failed to find the trig. I was probably standing on it at some point - I could feel a depression - but had no joy.

Wasn't expecting to get the time to look for this one and only armed with a slow internet connection and no digging or prodding tools it was impossible. Probably walked on top of it though.

Confusing site with assorted signs, posts and covers on the OS sketch. Eventually found approx mid-way between the SV post '100/SV/3' and the 'Give Way' sign. Revisited 6 Jan 2008 - easy when you know where to look.

I eventually found it in the long grass. It appeared to have been uncovered more recently than the last OS check in 2002, so I didn't need to do any excavation. It is on a line from the Give Way sign to the nearest SV post.
