not normally something I'd seek out. but seeing it on the app. nearby, I was curious. Its on western end of southern side bridge concrete. Two added bonuses. noticed two arched doorways into hillside bank only hundred metres away so went to investigate and take pics of this curious and tastefully constructed intriguing phenomena. As I cane of the top of the mound. Farmer pulled up with tractor trailer curious to know what I was curious about. Turned out to be doorways he had made to a mini hydro scheme that he'd installed, and he showed me it all and got full info about it, cost feed in tariff, payback time, construction design etc. all very interesting. On the rivet farmer Duncan McNair told of OS lady camped there for 24 hours 3-4 years back while they used it to coordinate some ariel surveys. all fascinating stuff.
