We parked at Lincombe and took the footpath from there. When you get to it follow the footpath that runs east to west on which there is a gate giving access to the field with the trig. Sheep pasture unoccupied at the time. The bank the trig is sitting on is quite eroded so it could possibly topple at some time in the future. The FB was buried and took a bit of digging out. Plug with indented lettering.

The top is all intact with the original plug. Tremendous views NE over Ilfracombe and NW over the Bristol Channel. Some views southwards inland. Sheep everywhere!!

Bagged during a 2-day youth-hostelling and cycling trip with family......then again 20 years later (on 21 Feb 2019) as a short detour from a leg of the SW Coast Path from Ilf to Wool. I had completely forgotten the first visit and wouldn't have bothered, because it's not the most exciting trig, but what a fantastic section of the SWCP, and on a beautiful February day!
