Really surprised it's been nearly ten years since this one has been visited and a how much has changed since the last visit. Both sides of the hillside on either side of the road are now covered in wind turbines, the plus point being a very easy track to Turbine 21 and then 200m across the heather for an easy bag.

Visited to record FB number. The pillar was completed 10th May 1953 costing 19.7s.0d. Later in 1953 this marker was computed for triangulation as secondary station NJ45/4 in the Elgin block. The flush bracket was levelled for height also in 1953. This trig point was last maintained by the OS in July 1973. Heather clad top.
