Approached from the same direction as dmwhite on a sunny November day with not too much wind. Fine views in all directions but hazy, probably due to many previous windy days. As a "first", looked round 360 degrees and estimated there were at least 12 other trig points in view at varying distances. I frequently see hares but saw my first fully white one of the coming winter.

Parked just round bend from Weisdale Hill viewpoint and traversed the gentle rise all the way to the trigpoint which only came into view at the end. The weather that had been sunny at the start had taken a turn for the worse with force 5 winds and very overcast. Good views both northwards and southwards along the west side of Shetland, giving an alternative view from the ubiquitous viewpoint version seen by most.
