Recommended area for exploring - expect to get lost on at least your first visit! There are a multitude of paths amongst trees and over limestone pavement but all good fun. A good fall back when the weather isn't brilliant but that said the views are fantastic - Ingleborough, Lakes and Morecambe Bay. Combine it with a visit to its near neighbour, Farleton Fell - no trig feature alas - for a great day out.
