Parked in Shutford and walked up along the footpath. You can look back at the wonderful 'Shutford Manor', which is an amazing looking house, as you walk towards the trig. This is a real peach of a spot. Wonderful views, the interest of the beacon, a place to sit and a pretty village in which to start and end. had it been a bit later I might have been tempted to use the 'chippy' that is next to the pub.
