Parked in Weston as close to lane heading uphill as possible. Drove up but came back down as no place to park beyond sign saying farm vehicles only. Up road to west past stable yard then north west along Cotswold Way for about a kilometre. Mostly a gradual climb with views opening out to either side of the path. Caught a brief glimpse of hill and pillar from about five hundred metres away. Last 100 metres fairly steep climb after passing through gate onto open ground. Great views to south. None to north because of trees in copse. A few metres further west of pillar gives a good view to north west with the towers of the Severn Suspension Road Bridge visible and Wales beyond. Spider and cap in place. Pleasant walk.

Parked in Westbrook Park off Deanhill Lane. Flippin' 'eck, it's a steep old climb from there all the way up to the Cotswold Way, and when you're on the Way, it still keeps going upward, albeit at less of a gradient. And then you get to the actual hill the trig sits on... My legs didn't half ache by the time I'd bagged this pillar. Heaven help me if I ever get to attempt the ones in the north or the Highlands! Rewarded by stunning and expansive views all along the Way.

First time I could find that a log of me climbing Kelston Round Hill, offering great 360 views over Bath and the surrounding areas. Not a difficult hill to go up but worth it for the view. Trig point while a bit scruffy still looks well enough

Parked in pull in just to south of big bend in Wick to Bath road. Walked Cotswold Way to Kelston Round Hill. Pillar (fortunately) just outside high fencing protecting summit trees. excellent view point.

Parking ESE on the road, then easy stroll up right of way, Weston Pillar located in fenced off area and is in good condition, views over Bath, from here along the Cotswold Way to Kelston Round Hill, nice evening walk, sunset watched from the pillar, good condition. Nice little walk with some great views.

Lovely views. Permissive paths from the Cotswold way and the trig is just outside the fence protecting the Kelston Clump woodland. I've stared at this hill from the work tea room for years and it was lovely to finally get here. The only hill I've been to with an advertised hash tag too! (#kelstonroundhill) young lad learning to fly his kit too.

Could have cycled most of the way on a mountain bike (as others were), but left bike at end of tarmac to South and walked on firm track. permissive access across field. No views as heavy mist.

Visited along with Weston trig on a short circular walk from Bath. A permissive path allows access to the hill top, a small deviation off Cotswold Way. Location gives extensive views S, E & N, particularly over Bath; N obscured by hill-top copse. Pillar classifed as 'slightly damaged' due to horizontal crack at rear with small chunk on concrete missing from one verical edge, and section of cement finish missing from top surface (both can be seen in accompanying photos). Original cap in place - lightly indented lettering; 2 sight holes open.

Walked round the Bath race course to a view point on the Cotswold Way continued with good view of both South Bristol and Bath, cant miss the round hill, trig on the oppsiste side of a small copse looking down into Bath.

Nice stretch on the bike now after Weston quite a stiff climb for the first trip out since the new year but worth it on the way back down. permissive access as already noted to the trig itself
