Easy roadside find. Walked the nearby Ceannabeinne Township Trail while we were stopped, which was very interesting and gave us the chance to stretch our legs after a long journey.

Nice easy find next to road on an evening wander after climbing Ben Hope. Views out to sea & the remains of a croft nearby. FBM covered in bits of wool,obviously a handy scratching post for the locals.

I was not expecting to see this as I was walking along the road to the east of Smoo Cave, heading for the long and ponderous walk around Loch 'Orrible. Quite a pleasant surprise nonetheless.
