Parked on the road to the north by a gate with just enough room to park and followed the path due south and then east. The footpath fingerpost had fallen down in the field and it is not easy to locate access as previously reported. Note, access invoves driving through a number of fords so access could be tricky after heavy rain.

This one has been sitting taunting us for ages. Despite the wet ground we finally made log. Walked up from Middle Hollowfield's Farm, along the ridge, then north past the fish ponds to the road by the ford. Thankfully there is a pedestrian bridge as we couldn't have gone through the ford, even in wellies. Very wet and muddy all along the route. Me, Mum 56m

Mum and me at the trig - I forgot the GorrillaPod! Standing in the mud and trying to get us, the trig and a hint of view in without the gorilla pod. Failed on most counts!

A glorious spot at the junction of four blossom hedges and four flower-filled pasture/hay fields. Easy access off a lane near to Shell Ford picnic site and pillar is on a public path. It's on the summit of a low ridge and you can see in all directions. If you haven't cottoned on to the fact that I love the Worcestershire countryside at this time of year, perhaps this'll convince you! Disturbed three curlew and a small fox near the pillar, which is all intact with the original plug.

An enjoyable one this. Its situated on a footpath through a very old fashioned sort of farm. Its pastureland grazed by Herefords. Loads of birds too, and the journey over from Droitwich was enlivened by having to give way to ducks swimming across the road. I am getting to like these 'Borsetshire' trigs. Pillar in very good condition and all there.
