In grounds of newly built house, grounds fenced off, managed to squeeze through a wee gap between fence and hedge and then spotted a digger driver at the back of the house, waved, he waved back, I took my pictures and left. Once this house is finished I suspect it will be part of the grounds and will require permission from the owner to bag.

SITE VISIT: Urban sprawl is creeping towards this one. Careful opening car doors when using the layby. The idiots who live here have placed boulders at the kerbside. I uprooted three of them which are probably now reinstated. Pillar in good condition. Spider retains OS centre plug with deep indented letters. Flush bracket faces southwest, ~216 into hedge.
