As said by previous logger, this will be impossible from this direction in few years time when hedge has grown. At present easy enough to hop both old and new b/w fences. In pasture, large exposed plinth, pillar has number of hair fractures; cap missing, no plug; 1 sight hole open. Extensive 360deg views.

There is a new fence around the field that is unambiguous in its message: KEEP OUT! There are two barbed-wire fences a couple of feet apart with newly planted trees in between. Within a few years this pillar will be invisible from the footpath. Not wanting to upset a landowner who has obviously gone to great expense to fence off the field, we didn't climb over and risk damaging the new fence, but just took a photo from the footpath. We're going to count this one as visited as we were within a stone's throw.

Trig-pillar as seen from adjacent footpath.

Pillar appears to be on raised concrete plinth, presumably errosion.
