Approached from the south but there are some fences that need carefully crossing coming this route. I haven't walked under a turbine for a long time and am surprised how quiet they are these days. Thirty years ago they used to be very noisy.

Not a bad view to be had in any direction. It's a long walk across private land coming from the road to the southwest with half a dozen gates and fences to get over, but is doable just about.

Metal plug [raised letters]. Private [although not clear which of the farms round the bottom of the hill owns the summit]. In upper Clwyd valley, west of Gwyddelwern. Easily taken from the lane on the south side, by going up through the little wood & then proceeding up the dip slope. Only 2 fences to hop before reaching the trig. Sheep pasture. Lots of bracken & thistles, but as they say in these parts, "dim problem!".
