Safely surrounded by fence work. The nearby stone circle may well be a Gorsedd Circle.

Easy access to this FBM as it’s in an enclosure by the side of a footpath in a public park. It’s in generally good condition but the height plate has been removed. There’s a nice stone circle nearby but I suspect that it was built as a feature in the park and isn’t genuine as there is no mention of a circle at this location on the OS maps. The view west towards Holy Island Mountain is probably the best.

Yep, still there. Looks fine to me. Good view today of Holyhead Mountain. But what's the stone circle nearby? Not on the OS map as a feature. Looks suspiciouly like a modern remake to me

It is still there and in good condition, surrounded by railings. I got harrassed by a dog as usual - "he never normally does that to people" - I'm beginning to believe it - I think there must be something about me. Called in to try to scrounge a coffee off an Aunt and Uncle who live within 200 meters but they were out - where are relatives when you need them eh!
