Parked on wide bit of road near footpath sign. Walked down past the old well and up through the wood and beyond. Tough going but worth it for the views.

Was heading home but couldn't resist another not in this fantastic weather. Anyone wanting to bag some spectacular pillars couldn't do better than a trip to The Llyn Peninsula. Parked by the church and came up past the historic well.

Park by the sign to the PRoW that leads to Ffynnon Cybi then follow the footpath up through the wood up to a waypole and onto the path through two gates to open moorland. The Pillar is visible from some distance. Alternatively from the village go through the church grave yard, through two gated stone stiles and follow the path to St Cybi's Well. Tremendous views to the Rivals and all around. Windy day but no rain despite the "weather bomb" warnings.

A little gem of a trig found here today. I feel that this top surpasses even Moel-y-Gest as the best low-lying hill in the area. Plus it has a decent path up too from Llangybi. There must be over a dozen more trig hills visible from here between Ardudwy and the Lleyn. 9.5 out of 10.

Nice location. Looking back at my photo it does look like the screws are missing, otherwise in good condition with raised lettering plug. Dont forget to visit Ffynnon Gybi (St Gybi's Spring) at the bottom of the hill.
