Fourth and final one of the day. Skipped the 3.5 mile diversion to Black Hill (TP2546-Craswall)due to the heat and running out of water. I suppose the big horizontal crack about a third of the way down counts as slight damage. Had to ask a woman, standing on the platform, to move so I could get a photo, she could see I was trying to get a shot of it and just stood there! Best views of the day.

Certainly an impressive trig standing on a plinth built from local slabs. Unfortunately the trig is cracked and may one day succumb to poor weather conditions. Beware of lost dogs, one was following a fellow walker I met up here and then started to follow me until fortunately it took an interest in some local kite flyers. It reminded me of walking the Cornish coastal path when I was tracked by a dog all day and ended up piling it into the car and taking it back home.
