Second of the day, walked from TQ043302 on footpaths across fields. Approached this one from south east, footpath at Nell Ball heading north. Entered field on left opposite houses on right, partially overlooked. Kept to field boundary until last little steep climb to the top. Good views to west and south.

Cycled along another rather bumpy BW to get to this one. The soil around here is very sandy with loads of rocks in it, very inconvenient of it. Easy to hop over fence by corner of the field where the houses start. Then up grassy hillside to Trig. Nice views.

Last trig of the day, always time to squeeze one more in! Started on bridleway (TQ 00202 30956), very very muddy, nearly lost boots and got totally clarted in mud. Once on the path to the trigpoint the path improved apart from one small muddy section, I could hear the farmer in the farmyard with his digger but I wasn’t concerned as the route looks like a well worn local access track.

Bridleway gives easy access to often crossed fence at SE corner of field, then up fence line to summit. Grazing sheep, dull and overcast but rasonable rural views.

From Durfold Wood via the Sun Inn in Plaistow - which doesn't do food on Sundays so our 6 miles afterwards were rather a random walk fuelled by very good cider ... Reasonable views east from N to S Downs (W blocked by a chicken farm); significant population of rabbits; metal cap, shallow letters, W s/hole open, remains of white paint, vgc.

No bees! Having come from Stag Park and Peacock Farm it was good to find only cows to deal with. Parked outside the gate and walked up the hill, Trig is at the very top, just over the brow.In good condition and good views. *** Complaint from land owner to web site owner 16/9/16, Asked to remove pictures of the beloved trigpoint.... what a shame!
