North of Rendham on narrow country lanes. At T junction about a mile and a quarter north of the village pulled over on roadside. Map seemed to show pillar mid way between road and footpath. Crossed through hedge and ditch on south side of road, just lots of bushes and trees. Had a look around, towards road then towards path. Didn’t want to spend ages hunting so checked detailed map on here which showed it was close to the footpath. Back to road, headed west, into field n south of road by foot path sign, spotted pillar in field about twenty metres away. Seems to be a recreation area for scouts or something. Could have parked by field entrance. Cap missing. Interesting location name, not named on my OS 156 map.

The only trigpoint I've ever come across to have its own hand sanitising station hahaha!

Through an open gateway into a delightful little meadow and there it is. Other than Dunwich Common haven't found a more pleasant TP in Suffolk than this one. Still, no views in any direction other than of the meadow it sits in. It was the first of the day, travelling from Suffolk to Hampshire and attempting to bag TPs in each county we passed through.
