Clockwise circuit north side Loch Mullardoch tops (12 in all). Descended NE direction off Sgurr na Lapaich - route hard to find. Once located (obvious path), very steep, some scree, rocky. Route down not obvious to me. Couple lower gave the general direction to aim for, plus footprints across snow filled gullies. Relieved to get down. If you have a choice, up would be best.

My Munro #234 climbed alone. The logistics of bagging the Lapaich Munros are made difficult by the limited access to Strathfarrar - here's how I did it...asked the gatekeeper for vehicular access (happily granted) and drove to the foot of the Allt Coire Mhuillidh, set up camp then drove back past the gatehouse with the bike in the back of the car, then cycled back to the campsite, left the bike by the tent and that day did the 4 Munros north of Strathfarrar. Next day used the bike to cycle to the power station at Gleann Innis an Loichel to compleat An Riabhachan, An Socach, An Riabhachan (again), Sgurr na Lapaich, and finally Carn nan Gobhar, returning to camp very late and cycling back to the car the following morning. By the time I'd reached Sgurr Na Lapaich the day was cold, damp and the cloud base had dropped to just below summit level, and I was close to exhaustion - as the half-hearted few photos I could be bothered to take bear witness. However, 2 nights out wild camping, 8 Munros, 3 TPs - this was an awesome adventure!
