This visit was made possible today by getting the X94 bus to Llandderfel and then walking up the B4391. I returned to the village by way of the 508m summit Moel Cae-howel. A little bit of rain today, but otherwise there were lovely views in all directions.

Well, three weeks in Italy with no trigpoint in sight, so this was a real adrenalin-basher! Wonderful place although views restricted by mist today. This pillar is mortared undressed stone. Original plug with raised letters. NW sighthole open, the others closed. The pillar seems squatter than most. No paint at all but quite a bit of moss here and there. On a grassy patch in amongst the heather. Great spot!
