After doing a morning of paperwork I decided that I needed to go for a cycle this afternoon and this Trig is within cycling distance. Parked bike by side of road and climbed up back and then over barbwire fence and easy enough walk around field edge to Trig. Good views of the Malverns.

Parked on large pull in just west after passing under the M50 and followed the footpath from Horse Bridge. There does not seem to be any obvious path when out into open fields. I followed it using gps but crossed two barbed wire fences to make a direct ascent. Crops in field but the pillar is close to the edge.

Parked near M50 bridge & did a circular walk, approaching up the bank & over fence from the east (must admit i don't like these tresspasses). Trig in vgc with great view of the entire Malvern ridge & at 43m is my lowest bag yet.Passed some frisky cattle (dislike these as well) to join the ROW then headed s/east over some very boggy ground (a mere 15m abs) back to my car.

Had difficulty accessing this. Did what previous logs suggested but the arable field is now waist high with unharvested oats and the brambles along the edge were wicked! Gave up after 40 yards and took the path to the east of the trig in a pasture field then climbed the ridge and found a hole in the hedge! Original plug - slightly-indented letters. Traces of white paint. W sighthole open, others closed. Concrete base well exposed [about 12"] on two sides. Lovely westward views to Malverns but eastward views obstructed partially by hedge. Nice spot!

We parked opposite Priors Court and took the footpath to the west of the trig. Just past the farm we went through a gate straight into the field with the trig - the footpath goes to the left through a pasture field with bullocks - but there is no signage to suggest this isn't the footpath. We walked around the field clockwise to arrive at the trig. Nice views. Plug with indented lettering.
