Parked near junction to east on grass verge. Walked along road towards trig which was difficult to climb up to on top of hedge, had to garden my way in.

Generally good condition, although concrete crumbling a little on the top. Easy to spot on the north side of the lane between Looe and Seaton, just passed the Monkey Sanctuary.

Caught early morning college bus from Antony to Looe for walk back along coast path to Wiggle Cliff before following lanes and paths back via Millbrook and St John to Antony. Trig located on bank. Good views.

A chance happening while running the coast path during Storm Arwen. Easy to spot on north side of the lane on coast path between Seaton and Looe. Lots of ivy growing on it. Bit of a clamber up the bank to reach it so I sent my friend up for the obligatory photo. Very valiant in such strong winds!

At side of narrow lane, on bank, about 10ft from gate where you can just fit a small car but will block the gate.

I remember driving up this road to the Monkey Sanctuary. my word is it narrow as you approach the Trig. Sort of glad I cycled here even if it was quite hilly (over 800feet to get here by Google Maps). Good views all around on this sunny morning. Easy to spot from road as its on top of the hedge/bank. It was covered in Ivy that I removed. Top edge is damaged in a couple of places so "Slightly Damaged" Condition.

On my LeJog expedition trial. Had to clamber up like a goat & look casual as muggles & the local farmer's tractor came passed. Difficult to read the OSBM plaque!

Location and access fine, despite that fine Cornish tradition of putting pillars on top of walls. Visited by car one evening after a day walking the SW Coast Path.

When I say "good", I'm assuming that it was good under all that ivy. Purely found by chance whilst taking a scenic route to Looe. Good job I stopped in the gateway to check it out or I'd have met the white van coming towards me in the lane and maybe reversed for miles !

Plain pillar in good condition on concrete base on top of bank along country lane. Nice views over Looe Bay and Looe Island.
