Didn't spend too long looking for this after reading previous logs. There is no OS sketch for it, suspect it went sometime ago, if it ever existed. A short farm track leads off the road to where the GR indicates it should be.

Only a half-hearted look, in view of the long grass and others' failures. This turned out to be my 500th location recorded on TUK, so I should have planned a better TP to mark it.

The vegetation is even longer now. Note the OS ref is H1SX1492 - there is a photo, but no sketch map. The page is there, but when you do a search neither the FBM or this Aux come up - suggesting the OS has given up on them. The nearby trig is far easier to find! Re-visited 26/11/06 to see if I had more joy when the vegatation had died back, but I did not. There are certain parallels with searching for needles in a hay stack. I wish future searchers more luck.

Third visit here, this time with a metal detector! It should be somewhere in that long grass, spent an hour searching this time, but nothing.
