Was camping at Rhenigidale and met a lady from Canada who, when i asked if anyone wanted to come up Toddun with me, thought I said Tarbert, so she said she was up for it. Boy did she get a surprise! Turned uot she'd never done any hillwalking before and enthused wildly when we reached the ridge, from whence it is easy to the trig. Bit embarrassing being overtaken by a young family though. Fantastic rustic trig, but bit cloudy today so not good views. No sign of the alleged visitors' book. Golden Eagle.

Stonebuilt, vgc, metal cap, deep letters, in shelter cairn. Nasty wet windy day, no view, but guess it keeps its 10 from last time. From S end of Loch Beag, steep climb to ridge then easy.

Inverness-shire. Superb location. Walked in to Rhenigadale from Tarbert. There was no road in those days.
