Difficult to call damage on a pebble-dashed and wind-lashed Trig.. easy to understand the nearby, much lower Viewpoint.. Came up from Tak Me Doon car park. Managed to avoid using the extremely clear path and wandered across a sphagnum moss bog instead for the first couple of hundred yards. Amazingly, after finding the path, the going got easier.... FB south facing, spider OK but no cap or plug. East and west sights open. Pillar is in generally decent condition although the facing has weathered off on the west and south faces leaving it pretty rough. Decent views to the north and east considering Glasgow was under a cloud. Tomtain seems to have escaped.
