Parked on the B4203. Climbed over a wooden fence at SO 67649 58258. Walked the hedge line heading east up to the opposite side of the field, and then climbed over a gate. Headed north and then climbed over a gate into the trig field, where the pillar can be found in the hedge

Parked in a layby just before Saltmarshe Castle. Headed up the driveway (a public footpath was signposted), knocked at the house, Old boy explained where to go. Follow the track then head up the field. Easy!

At one point my glasses fogged up so bad that I had to stop and take them off so I could see! Rather hilly around here. There would be some really good views from the Bromyard Downs, if the cloud cleared. Parked bike by fence and hoped over it and walked up to trig. Its on the North side of the hedge. Should be here at Christmas as it has a holly hat on it! Grass very wet and feet now soaking.

Accessed this one from the Bromyard road to the west, asking permission from a very suave gentleman in a Mercedes who came down the house drive just as I was about to give up. It's deeply embedded in a hedge, with holly covering it and brambles framing it. A very prickly prodding of the top surface found the plug - slightly indented letters. No paint to speak of. All visible sightholes closed. On the edge of a sheep pasture with views that would be pleasant on a clear day.
