Nice short walk along rights of way to this trig with a pleasant view and a nearby bench to stare at it from. Pillar in good condition, with a large plaque about it being adopted by the Bromsgrove group of the Ramblers in 1995 added to the side.

Parking at the end of farm track to the south, simple walk along ROW, the path seems to disappear in the farm yard to went diagonally over to pillar, good condition, nice views. a few meters from the summit.

Short stroll along public footpath. Pillar is not at the highest point of the field, but it does afford a wonderful aspect. There is a plaque stating the trig has been adopted by a Ramblers group.

Doing a nearby Geocache. Left the car in the lay-by on the main Bromsgrove to Kidderminster road and took the relatively short walk up a quiet lane and across the public footpath straight to it. It's actually on a marked footpath, so no hassle bagging it. Great views from here and as previous logger mentions, it's not actually at the TOP of the hill.. Elevation 108 meters.

Parked on verge near in Monsieurs Hall Lane and simply followed the footpaths directly to the pillar. Surprisingly the pillar is only halfway up the hill. In good condition and still retains an indented lettered plug.

Asked at house and was met by a lovely lady in riding boots. She agreed that the ROW was the best way to get to the pillar. Parking tricky but didn't block anywhere. Short walk to the west facing slope and the pillar. Fantastic views, now the weather has improved, over Droitwich to Bredon, Malverns and Abberleys. The wide Avon & Severn Valleys stretching before. A wealthy spot I guess.

Dog walk, and used the trig for somewhere different to go. Lovely simple hill and great views from the Trig. A nice bench not far below it is a wonderful place to rest. Great fun walk. 116m Me, Mum, Jon, Rebecca, Hadley

Stangely not located at the top of a hill. Great views on a clear day over Abberley and the Malverns. Easy to reach off a track / bridleway leading from Monsieurs Hall Lane. I measured an elevation of 120mOD from the top of the pillar.

No problem with parking, right where the footpath leaves the lane near Bungay Lake Farm, but the finger-post is missing. Views not bad, and a well-placed bench too.

If you drop down the minor road to the 2nd right of way there is scope to leave a car by the side of a road up to a barn. Nice walk interestingly off the brow of the hill and still warm enough take in the bench

Parking a little tricky for this one. I ended up in a lay by on the main road. The walk is well worth it with excellent views west and south with a little snow on top of some of the Shropshire hills.. Again, December is not the best month to make use of the inviting bench!

Wonderful view of the sun beginning to set behind the Malverns! Also excellent views to Abberley and Clee. Like fasgadh, however, it was a bit too cold [and damp!] to take advantage of the park bench. Pillar, with central plug, intact.

A good one this.. Its on a footpath and has been adopted by Bromsgrove RA. There is a plaque and the rest of the pillar is intact. Its a shoulder station, a fairway downhill on a spur in the middle of a field. The view of the Promised Lanmd is amazing. All the hills from Malvwen to the Clees. Clee Hill looks really mountainous from this angle. To enjoy the view, someone has left a park bench nearby, but far to cold today.
