Missed this one on a visit to the area in August 2022. Pulled in at entrance to farm on north east side of the road. It started pouring with rain. Still dark. Along hedge on field side. Guessing the high spot. Able to make out pillar in the gloom. Cap missing. Started moving branches and vegetation away but it was a bit noisy and might have been heard from the house about 100 metres to the north. Lights from town, probably Marlow Bottom, visible to east. Not sure why classed as slightly damaged, referred to jonglew, go with that.

Walked to this one from Marlow, initially along quiet roads then had to endure half a mile of very busy road before the gap into the field appeared.

Turned off main road and parked on drive. Trig located in hedge but easily accessible.

Nice, easy bag. Parked along nearby farm track; pillar sited on a plinth and positioned sideways on in a hedge. With perfect timing, I managed to return to my car just as it started to rain.

Parked just inside the B&B entrance as others and walked along field side of hedgerow. Pillar found with 2 top corners superficially chipped, very minor, decided to classify as 'Good'. Top cap missing, residue of an asphalt plug around the rim; LHD side sight hole open, front plug degrading. Extensive views to N-E quadrant.

Come on you lot, this TP is feeling rather lonely! It is an easy one to find just off the road and the best way to get to it is to go up the filed from the B&B sign. Some nice views over Marlow. Probably the best weather I have had while Trig Hunting so far. On the way home I had a phonecall to say that I might have a Job interview. So this month might be my last chance to get TPs under my belt!

Like other I left the car on the B&B drive and walked along to pillar - small lump out of the top other than that looks good to me, seen a lot worse.

Had been walking the Thames Path from Henley to Marlow this morning, and took a quick trip up here to this rather unremarkably sited trig - my first in Buckinghamshire. Slight damage to two top corners, no cap.

After a dodgy bit of parking on the adjacent farm track we bundled over to this trig point. The TP itself is in a fair condition, although the top plug is missing.

We came across this pillar by chance whilst driving to Marlow. The pillar was in good condition except for a 9cm chip on the southeast corner.
