Thought this would be a formality but after approaching along road from centre of town, took clockwise route around hillock looking for a way up. Along side railway, through field past sewage works, eventually reaching perimeter fence of industrial area. No obvious route up so scrambled up through fern and brambles near industrial boundary fence. Could have done with secateurs. So doesn't look like its often visited, shame, nice views, Cnicht and Moelwyns on eastern skyline.

From main road turn right down towards smallholding but don't go there without tools! I went down this lane about 10 paces and in the trees/bushes there is an old discarded cabin, made way to this and passed it then over BWF then crushing ferns down followed a track to midpoint and then straight passed two young trees to the top. Quite steep and slippy at this point but no brambles to really stop you! best come prepared to cut to get in here and then you can pick any route! FB, Spider no cap 1SHO and been painted pinkish!
