Parked in Zennor village, headed north west along lane and track for first four or five hundred metres. Then through gate and onto coast path. After about 150 metres, coast path continues north west and another path heads north east and uphill. Around the top expected to see pillar straightaway but veered north across open ground which looked as if there had been a gorse fire in the last year as there was just stumps and patchy grass. Then pillar came into view slightly below the highest point of the hill. Great views to north east and south west along the coast. Built with local materials, like some others in the area. Cap missing. Zennor church looks like a little gem, didn’t really have time to look inside.
