GR implies original pillar was 47m S of replacement S3271 Turnhouse.

Should be just under a hundred metres from the existing trig between a shelter and the green. Some funny looks from the golfers as I walked across the course with my bike, but no comments.

I presume moved to 'Turnhouse' when golf course developed or changed. 'Turnhouse' is a few feet away.

Point where it stood; Turnhouse trig just off to left.
