Log #256. Supersize FBM here, with no height tag. Nearby house is for let and was empty, so parked in their driveway for a minute. Mugdock trig pillar is almost visible from here. [ExP-190/MiP-10/Rev-2/BM-15/IS-30/Other-9]

I needn,t have bothered with this GPS revisit - the wall meant a weak signal and dodgy reading. No height tag but both plaques on the roadside of the tallest FBM I,ve yet seen and with a really rectangular footprint.

Parked in little layby about 100 yards away. Road very busy! Granite pillar right beside road. Can't miss it. Height plaque missing otherwise in excellent condition. Mugdock trig visible from it.

Nice easy road-side bag and easy to find. Parked in a layby just by the entrance to the field that contains TP4963 Mugdock Hill. Looks like the home owner gardens round it, no obvious damage.

This is one of the five Trigs around Mugdock Country Park, easy to visit them in a few hours. Walked up from South Car Park. Logged Mugdock Hill on the way, avoiding the horses in the field and found this one at the side of the road.

To be brutally honest, I didn't notice it and wasn't aware it was there until I got back home, but I must have parked right opposite the damn thing to visit the trig, so I'm counting it. If you disagree you'll have to fight me!

Roadside on well well-kept verge. Opposite a field with horses. Surprisingly busy road on the day I visited.

Easy... Its on one of those mown verges with the white stones to stop you messing up the grass. A lot of land grabbing round here. A granite block, no height plaque and extremely easy to see.
