searched at the wrong steep hill sign initially. Very helpful directions from Pererinus. One extra bit of advice would've been from the 'northern' steep hill sign, 14 m north and then 4m west of centre of the road. Someone had even tried digging a fruitless hole 14 north and 4 west of the southerly off the steep hill signs!!. Amusing

Nearly gave up looking for this FBM after searching for 15 minutes, but luckily trod on it at the last moment. It is raised only about 2 inches out of the ground so is difficult to spot in the grassy verge even at this time of year. Also had to contend with dozens of roaming hens. FBM is on a nice country lane but the location is spoilt by the noise from the nearby A19.
