There’s a new mini hydro scheme track which starts due north of the Curry Stool. There is enough room in the steep bellmouth to park. The track peters out about half way up at a small dam but from there it’s a reasonably steady plod up on to the summit. Views were extensive if a little hazy. Went on to bag the two nearby Tump summits. With Nozzer.

Picked the worst day to bag this one...however despite poor weather was an enjoyable walk, parked north west of station on the Garrogie lodge road. Visibility higher up was reduced to near 0 but found the Curry Stool.

Followed the Landrover tracks almost to the top on a hot and sunny day. There and back in just over an hour and a half but steep at the start. An interesting spot with distant views. A bit hazy today.

As per the monkeys log, steep but the company helped immensely!

Parked where GerryU2 suggested, cut across the heather and a wee burn andpicke up the landrover track. Followed them almost to the top. Interesting to see something other than a trig! Terrific views as it was a clear sunny day.

Never heard of this type of trig before. Parked close to where new telegraph poles being put up and just followed the arrow upwards and across peat bogs. Stumbled on a faint 4WD track that I followed and took me to within 160m of trig. Great panoramic views but no idea what other tops I was looking at. Followed the tracks down most of the way. For others, best to park at a parking area close to a bridge which is aprox 1k from loch killin parking.

2.5 inch bolt in rounded central boss, all three legs exposed, easy find, 3m NE of old metal straining post. From Loch Killin, used small parking place on L before end of loch. Mapped path then peaty plod. 12 mile circuit including 4 other summits.

Visited the summit and the nearby Corbett Top but had no idea there was any kind of trig here.
