you can get to within 100 metres of the grid ref for this pillar from the track/road and as it's flat in all directions I am fairly sure this as gone, haulage company at the end of the track/road.

Project Emily pillar, was at SK 74865 15480 according to Rod Sladens researches. No trace - 150m into arable field. 2 large mass concrete walls to W and some other remains nearby date back to the airfield / missile base, but the heaps of debris along edge of runway appear to be much later. Most of airfield remains were presumably taken away and the trig went at the same time. North pillar S9538 was at SK 74990 15903, approx 400m to NNE. No trace of that one either: currently meadow. Large heap of soil nearby with some big pieces of concrete and an old streetlighting column but no sign of pillar lying around. Another pair of mass concrete walls approx 200m SW plus other remains, but area has been fairly well tidied up, rough grassland, no real hiding place. Main runway apparently used by a haulage firm, with small factory premises in a fenced compound at W end.
