No signs of the TP. Revisited 2 days later with precise location data, and no signs of it.

Low security covered resr. GR was indicating a large vent which had recently had some repair work done. If extant possible it's now covered with new cladding/felt. Took a look on top of a nearby pump house but nothing seen there. Have to conclude it's gone.

Visiting Blackdown Rings and took a walk to see what I could find. Eventually found a quick way on to site but could find nothing resembling a bolt. Stood on GZ and recorded the co-ordinates and took a couple of photos before returning to join the family.

Bagged the P62 Blackdown Camp, walked around Blackdown Rings, then though I would have a look for this but to no success. Doing a TB DRF visit at Crannacombe, which is also a cider farm and near a chilli farm.

Easy access to site either via gateway on road to north or site access gate at the road junction to the east. Grid reference took me to the south west corner of the reservoir top as indicated on the 1:25000 map. My GPS is usually accurate to within 7-8 m, but search as I might, on all of the obvious concrete surfaces where you might ordinarily expect to find bolts/rivets etc, for about 10 mins, I failed to find it. Not sure what else can be done when there isn't even a location sketch on the OS web site?

Had a brief look for this whilst visiting Blackdown Rings next door with the Old Man, Sis#2, Sis#3 and Walking Cousin (sadly extremely misty so no views from the Rings) - marked on my 1:25k map so had a brief look for it but remained on the road as a bit too trespassy to go onto the reservoir site (especially in search of a mere bolt!).
