Probably lost to a road improvement scheme. Seems it was located in a scrubby area of woodland SW side of the A836.

gps indicated between road and loch - no sign.

Parked in a convenient lay-by and scambled down easy banking through the hazel bushes. GPS seemed to indicate FBM just offshore under the water or it could indeed be under the new road. As the water of level of Loch Shin does fluctuate, it might be worth returning to check out the offshore reading when the water level is lower.

GPS put it 5m clear of embankment in trees. No sign of it though. GPS only quoting 5m accuracy: I guess it was caught under the toe of the embankment when road was improved. Unless still there and buried...
