Short walk up road then PRoW from Forest car park although is a layby just at field edge. 1" bolt set in highest point of crag. Raining when visited but even so views all around very impressive.

Headed up to Stainburn Moor Car Park for a trail run with friends. Got there 20 mins early so took a warm up walk to find this bolt. Easy find, lovely views.

A revisit for a little tea-break on our way to Lindley Moor pillar. Sadly it was wet and a bit miserable. Lovely outlook all the same.

I have been to Little Alms Cliff countless times, and never even noticed the bolt. As I've completed all the local pillars, I've resorted to bolts. Went out tonight for a picture, as part of a lovely evening walk. Bolt in fine condition, in a wonderful setting.

large bolt on rock nice views sunny.On way home i found a huge brass bolt on the bridge next to the walkers car park SE 168 553 as i photographed the church at blubberhouses its next to the steps if your into bolts its the best i've seen yet!

I didn't even notice there was a bolt here, but I thought the concrete bases with metal bars might have been something. Views good north

1" bolt. Quite scratched. Good views. Some bits of concrete and angle iron in rocks - was there a mast or a flagstaff here? A plaque has been prised from the rocks no doubt explaining what the little carved cubby hole and seats were...an open air church?

Climbed up onto the rock looking for the Cup and Ring marks, found a giant rivet, which turns out to be a trig point?

Leading a walk today and stopped on the rocks to re-group which gave Geminiman the opportunity to stumble across this bolt. In good condition and at a lovely location.

Easy find on top of the rocky outcrop. Ran from carpark to east, then to Lindley Moor, Little Alms Cliff and Lanshaw Farm.

Interesting rock formation and good views all round. This one has its own lay-by and stile provided and is just 200 metres walk from the road. A very good trig for beginners !
