This one has been nagging away at me, closest to my house & only 0.6km away, thro the park, across the river, past the allotment & on to the golf course. I always said I'd go out one evening but had left it until now, the last night before moving house. I got close & found Painterman's mound easily (the last golfers had reached the green on this very hole). Thought I saw the corner of a block but it turned out to be just a buried rock. Looking at the largest scale aerial view, I think it is actually across the fairway from the mound but at the time the technology let me down & I didn't cast widely enough in my search.

Drove down single track road which runs beside shipley golf course parked up at beck head bridge then followed PROW onto golf course then followed gps left to a raised area on fairway no find, timed to perfection no golfers i think they had all retired to club house to watch Bradford city on the telly, nice area near river well worth a visit.
