Gap in hedge at grid position with new hawthorn samplings. Towards the road 9" deep is the old tarmac road surface with a number of BT man-holes also spotted along the verge. Prodding about it this proved futile today.

Its either under the A635 or on the verge of this very busy road but couldn't find it
