An evening walk up The Wrekin whilst working away from home in the West Midlands. Block gives lovely views of The Shropshire Hills and beyond. ### Updated position later to one taken from eTrex SE being slightly more accurate than the GPS module in the old Galaxy S3 used to run the original Trigpointing app.

Block with 2 inch brass bolt this is the actual summit old concrete hard standing a few metres nearby could have been the light mountings.

Wrekin Trig and Warning Light Hill SB from road to the northeast. Though clear on the top, mist remained in the valleys which rather spoilt the view.

Bolt slightly dented but it has a nice view. Not sure when the mast was removed but can remember the light being visible from South Shropshire many years ago.

2inch Bolt well bedded into concrete, slightly countersunk.. ~5M NW from centre of large concrete slab, Was this an old mast foundation for the warning light?
