there is definitely a cross here, spoke to a lady living at the retirement home and she confirmed it's the same cross that was there 25 years ago when she moved to the area, will mark it down as good until or unless somebody knows better.

On the way home after HuMP, trig and benchmark bagging on the Gower. Nice photos by Dusty, none better to add. Agree that cross on top is probably missing, therefore, should be classified 'destroyed'. There is a lightning conductor atop the ball at the highest point of the bldg, but that's not a cross. Therefore have marked it as 'Destroyed'. History: The Sisters of Nazareth was a Catholic order. By 1878 they had opened 8 children's homes around the UK, many more were to follow. The building converted to Campions Gardens Retirment Village c1986.

SN80 INT002 Cross. I could see no cross. Nazereth House has been converted into Campion Gardens Retirement Village.
