Well I guess this should maybe be Unreachable but Visible, but then so would all the church spires etc. Walked out the edge of the breakwater to get as close as possible. Tide was in and a big tanker just visible out in deep water. Edit: aha it is reachable in the right conditions, more information here: http://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/NT2976
