#508 P292 2016P92. Parked beside house and walked through field and around edge of woods. Eventually spotted trig on other side of fence behind shrubs. Had a look at trig then went through woods to look at the old ROC bunker which is still open. Didn't venture in as this one looked a bit minging. All very interesting.

top screed damaged, metal cap, deep letters. On hedgebank at N edge of small plantation, which has derelict bunker inside, dating from Cold War according to owner.

Built 4th September 1952. Tertiary station in Block NK03, Peterhead. Pillar moss covered to FB height, top has lost around 20% of surface to a depth of 1cm - frost damage. Spider retains original OS centre plug with deep stamped lettering. Flush bracket faces WSW into woods. Back sighting hole open, left opening, others plugged. In a gorse strip between grazing field and woods. Barbed fences to climb. Visited and photographed 18/05/2004, GRP.
