Pretty sure I spotted all the lighthouses whilst passing on our whirlwind tour of the South of England bagging YOSM, whether they are all in the very poor collage as taken from a far is another matter!

The closest most people can hope to get to this lighthouse - from the deck of a cross-channel ferry as she passes between the Eastern Arm and the Southern Breakwater en route to Calais. Those wishing to get any closer should join (or talk very nicely to )The Dover Sea Angling Association who run boat trips to the Southern Breakwater, although this would probably involve an 8 hour stay ! The condition of this trig is obviously GOOD, (the light was flashing brightly as we returned from our day trip) but in reality a more accurate description is 'unreachable but visible'.

Southern Breakwater Lighthouse East Taken from deck of P&O ferry -Pride of Canterbury
Shot from a ship Lighthouses - Breakwater East in the foreground with (left ) Admiralty Pier and (right) Breakwater West to the rear.
Four lighthouses From left - Admiralty Pier, Breakwater West and East , (just visible) Prince of Wales Pier. They are, respectively; 1.56, 1.33, 0.388 and 1.67 km. from the point of view.
Looking back at East Lighthouse As the ferry passes out of the harbour. Folkestone Harbour Lighthouse (TP9892), at a distance of over 11 kms, is just visible - top left.

One of three lighthouses around Dover Harbour - appears to be in good condition - camera not good enough to take images in these conditions and at that range.
