Likely this was on beyond the derelict Leith West Pier LH, but nothing seen. Breakwater no doubt reinforced/rebuilt over time.

Reported destroyed 1953! Just the old derelict lighthouse there now. Interesting views across the docks on a bitterly cold morning.

CJOs stone is 10+m from GR which GPS puts close to west lighthouse itself. OS say Destroyed 08/53

An interesting spot, similar to the other side of the harbour entrance but much easier to get too. Very noticeable 2008 effect on the developments seen on the way in, some streets with flats, others ponds and weeds

Old lighthouse in approx location. Not sure what the stone would look like, but there is a very large block nearby which the breakwater has been built around which may have been the base for an older beacon.

I was able to see the lighthouse so I presume I would have been able to see the End Stone if it was still in place.

Pretty cool spot down by the harbour entrance. Worth a visit. OS confirms destroyed August 1953.
